Always known as a great home chef, Mrs. Herenia de Cruz, opened Pasteleía Florence on September 16th of 1996 with three employees(All of them still working with us to this date).
All of her family recipes were introduced to a dream that eventually would grow to a 8 branch restaurant business... and still growing!.
The experience acquired in 11 years of work reflects the hard work and team effort that has given Pastelería Florence a strong reputation for its quality products and service.
Pastelería Florence maintains international hygiene and quality processes in order to obtain great products that satisfy our clients every time they visit.
Recently, we celebrated our 10 year anniversary with all our employees, friends, family and business partners.
We are now working on exporting our products to foreign markets, as well as attending conferences, fairs and other events that will give us brand and product exposure, but overall, break national boundaries through our experience in giving clients quality products.
